Exposing the public to the art of puppetry is one of our biggest goals, and the street fair held in Savannah's Johnson Square certainly acheived its purpose in increasing awareness.  A variety of performance styles were showcased, and vendor booths sold puppets, performance DVD's, and books.  It would not be a street fair without face painting, baloon animals, and a parade, and there were opportunities for the kids to get involved with creating their own puppets.
