There will be two different Programs; each advertisement will be included in both. Ads help the festival pay for program printing costs and are great ways to advertise or send greetings to all attendees!
The Festival Program Book will contain profiles of performerrs and performances, and the schedule of performances, the schedule of workshops and other information you need to know. Each attendee receives a copy of the Program Book.
Programs for each public performance will contain profiles of perrformers and performances, and the sponsors. The audience at public performances will receive this program.
Program book page dimensions are 5.5 by 8.5 inches. Ad space rates and sizes are shown below for camera ready artwork and copy. Ads submitted as an attachment to an e-mail is preferred. Ads should be either a 300 dpi JPG, TIF, EPS, PDF or a Microsoft Word file (copy only). Ads can be created for you for an additional $25. Ads must be received by May 15th, 2008.
